Why we exist
Small businesses get the same questions as large ones.
Large companies have security teams, big budgets and months to spare. Most small businesses have none of those, yet they face the same threats and the same questions from the people they work with.
CyberGrape started in New Zealand with a simple observation. The tools on offer were too complex, too expensive, or too far from the standards that buyers actually ask about.
So we built one place where a business can see where it stands, work through a clear list of fixes, and keep its proof ready for the next client, insurer or tender. You do not need a security team to run it.
Who we help
Two kinds of customer, one way of working.
Small business owners
You run the business, not the IT. You want to know whether you are protected, what to do next, and how to show a client or an insurer. We give you a plain answer and a short list in priority order.
IT providers (MSPs)
You are a managed service provider (MSP) and look after many clients, each of whom wants proof. We give you one place to see all of them, a free assessment you can run for any client, and certification support you can offer as a service.

We start with the free readiness assessment. When you connect your tools, where you stand comes from your own records, not only from answers to questions.
Fix
You get a short list in priority order. We help with the fixes you want help with, and the platform keeps track of the rest.
Prove
You get reports for your board, your clients and your insurer, and your proof ready for certification when you want it.
If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
Certificates are issued by CyberCert against the SMB1001 standard published by Dynamic Standards International. CyberGrape prepares and submits your evidence but does not issue the certificate.
